The San Diego Zoo Tour offers a wonderful learning experience and an opportunity to view rare and intriguing wildlife from nearly every region of the world. With more than 4,000 animals representing 800 species, the San Diego Zoo is home to a diverse collection of animals, many of which are rarely seen at other zoos.
Just a few of the amazing exhibits seen on the San Diego Zoo Tour, include:
Monkey Trails and Forest Tales -- Enjoy a three-dimensional journey into the depths of a tropical forest. Gain a new understanding of the diversity of life on Earth with an exhibit that is home to more than 30 species, including some of the world's most exotic and endangered wildlife, of African and Asian birds, mammals, reptiles and amphibians,
Giant Panda Research Station -- Currently housing four giant pandas, the Giant Panda Research Station also houses the Giant Panda Team, made up of the pandas' keepers and researchers, and the Giant Panda Discovery Center, which includes a climb in panda den and interactive exhibits. Learn everything there is to know about pandas, even what they sound and smell like!
Polar Bear Plunge – As one of the largest polar bear exhibits in the world, San Diego Zoo's Polar Bear Plunge recreates an Arctic summer day for each of its residents. Look in the underwater viewing room and see how agile and playful the polar bears really are.
Children's Zoo -- With more than 30 special animal exhibits and activities designed for the younger visitor, the Children's Zoo has animals, such as wombats and spider monkeys, not found anywhere else on Zoo grounds. Best of all, about 45 of the 200 critters living here are trained as animal ambassadors allowing for an up close, hands on experience.
Absolutely Apes -- Two families of apes, indigenous to the same Asian rain forest ecosystem, share a habitat at the zoo. Absolutely Apes provides a lush, naturalistic environment where arboreal orangutans and siamangs can climb, swing, and live in the same terrain as they would in the wild.
Dr. Zoolittle Show -- Join San Diego Zoo's physician of fun, Dr. Zoolittle, in the Children's Zoo for an interactive and hilarious show.
The San Diego Zoo Tour also includes use of the Express Bus. These double or single decked buses allow guests to hop on and off, at five different stops, throughout the San Diego Zoo. The Express buses pass by the stops every 20 minutes or less and provide complimentary transportation around the Zoo.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation Policy – By placing an order you are agreeing to the following Cancellation Policy. Any order booked and subsequently cancelled will be subject to a $25 per person cancellation fee. Any reservation cancelled within 24 hours of tour departure are 100% non-refundable. If the total price of your purchase is less than $25 you will only be charged the amount of the activity. This cancellation policy is applicable for each activity, event or tour within a transaction. Any changes to date or time will be accepted with no charge up until 24 hours prior to the tour departure or activity or event scheduled start time. Changes within the 24 hour cutoff must be done by phone and will be subject to availability, if the preferred date or time of the change is not available then the standard cancellation penalty applies.
Any collected cancellation fees will be credited to your customer account and will be available for use on any of our other products. Re booking must be done within one year of your cancellation to apply any cancellation credits, unused cancellation fees are non-refundable if not used to re book another of our products within one year.
