Lux Bus America offers a door to door scheduled daily service to hotels in the following locations: Los Angeles and San Diego. The Los Angeles service area includes all hotels in the following locations: Beverly Hills, Downtown Los Angeles, Hollywood, LAX area, Santa Monica, and West Hollywood. The San Diego service area includes all hotels in the following locations: Coronado, Downtown San Diego, Hotel Circle, Mission Bay, and the Port of San Diego. A professional driver picks up and drops off passengers at hotels in these service areas and they routinely assist passengers with their luggage upon boarding and disembarking the vehicles.

Within the Los Angeles and San Diego service areas, Lux Bus America offers a scheduled daily service one time a day. Passengers can leave from the Los Angeles area to San Diego at 7:30 am. Passengers can leave from San Diego to Los Angeles at 11:30 am.

Equipment

Lux Bus America features up to date luxury motor coaches.  The coaches feature color coordinated interiors, tray tables, arm rests, spacious seating, translucent retractable shades, enclosed parcel racks, and individual controlled air conditioning controls.  A complete custom galley is located at the back of each coach for our coach attendant service.   We also feature a modern airline style restroom.   

Fully Escorted Transportation and Meal Service

Travel in first class style and comfort.  Lux Bus is the only company to provide its passengers with an onboard attendant, headphones for movies, pillows, blankets, and complimentary snack and beverage service including beer and wine (limited to two per person.)  So sit back, relax, and leave the rest to the professional staff of Lux Bus America.

Movies and Music

Lux Bus America features a sophisticated entertainment system in which feature-length movies are shown on video screens.  The films are full length, specially licensed, and are edited for general audiences.  Complimentary headphones are also provided.   

Pick-Up and Drop-off Point

Lux Bus America offers courtesy pick up from Anaheim, Buena Park, Garden Grove, Los Angeles & San Diego area hotels

Please note that effective March 1, 2012, Lux Bus America will begin enforcing the following baggage restriction policy: All passengers will be allotted (2) checked bags and (1) carry-on.  Any additional checked bags will be subject to a $10 excess baggage fee which will be paid upon check in to the Lux Bus America agent on the day of travel.

Cancellation Policy – By placing an order you are agreeing to the following Cancellation Policy. Any order booked and subsequently cancelled will be subject to a $25 per person cancellation fee. Any reservation cancelled within 24 hours of tour departure are 100% non-refundable. If the total price of your purchase is less than $25 you will only be charged the amount of the activity. This cancellation policy is applicable for each activity, event or tour within a transaction. Any changes to date or time will be accepted with no charge up until 24 hours prior to the tour departure or activity or event scheduled start time. Changes within the 24 hour cutoff must be done by phone and will be subject to availability, if the preferred date or time of the change is not available then the standard cancellation penalty applies.

Any collected cancellation fees will be credited to your customer account and will be available for use on any of our other products. Re booking must be done within one year of your cancellation to apply any cancellation credits, unused cancellation fees are non-refundable if not used to re book another of our products within one year.

Cancellation requests must be called into The Destination Center on 1 866 431 1634 or email cancellation@thedestinationcenter.com (emailed cancellation requests may not be received prior to the 24 hour cancellation cutoff – it is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure a reservation is cancelled in time).
