Arrival Procedures: O'HARE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT Domestic Arrivals: Passengers should proceed to DOOR 1E, 2D or 3F on the baggage claim level and present this voucher to the agent at the Go Airport Express desk for transfer assistance and instructions. International Arrivals: Passengers should proceed to the van outside DOOR 1E, just outside customs and present this voucher to the driver. Passengers requiring assistance should call 1-888-284-3826
Arrival Procedures: MIDWAY AIRPORT Passengers should proceed to the Go Airport Express Ticket Desk near Door 3 on the lower level across from baggage claim and present this voucher to the agent at the desk for transfer assistance and instructions.
Departure Procedures: O'HARE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT OR MIDWAY AIRPORT From Downtown Chicago to O'Hare International Airport or Midway Airport, reservations are required one day in advance. To arrange pick-up from hotels in Downtown Chicago, passengers should call 1-888-284-3826 for arrangements and confirmation.
Luggage Policy: Luggage allowances are 1 standard-size suitcase and 1 carry-on per person. No single piece of baggage or property weighing in excess of sixty (60) pounds will be accepted for transportation unless there is additional help available to aid the driver in both the loading and unloading of such baggage. If passengers have an excessive amount of checked luggage or multiple large boxes a private van will be required. Passenger will be required to pay the difference in cash between the cost of a private van and net rate of client issuing voucher. Go Airport Express will not be liable for lost baggage since baggage is never removed from the passenger's presence and is stored in the passenger compartment in which the passenger is riding. A passenger's baggage remains, at all times, the responsibility of the passenger.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation Policy – By placing an order you are agreeing to the following Cancellation Policy. Any order booked and subsequently cancelled will be subject to a $25 per person cancellation fee. Any reservation cancelled within 24 hours of tour departure are 100% non-refundable. If the total price of your purchase is less than $25 you will only be charged the amount of the activity. This cancellation policy is applicable for each activity, event or tour within a transaction. Any changes to date or time will be accepted with no charge up until 24 hours prior to the tour departure or activity or event scheduled start time. Changes within the 24 hour cutoff must be done by phone and will be subject to availability, if the preferred date or time of the change is not available then the standard cancellation penalty applies.
Any collected cancellation fees will be credited to your customer account and will be available for use on any of our other products. Re booking must be done within one year of your cancellation to apply any cancellation credits, unused cancellation fees are non-refundable if not used to re book another of our products within one year.
Cancellation requests must be called into The Destination Center on 1 866 431 1634 or email cancellation@thedestinationcenter.com (emailed cancellation requests may not be received prior to the 24 hour cancellation cutoff – it is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure a reservation is cancelled in time).
