Enroute you will be provided a breakfast bags. Masks and snorkels are included for a fabulous, narrated boat tour on the picturesque Crystal River. You are encouraged to swim and snorkel in the home of the Florida manatee while under the guidance of certified dive masters. Then, enjoy a basket style hot lunch in a riverside pub and restaurant. To end your day, you’ll visit Homosassa State Wildlife Park, famous throughout Florida for the rehabilitation of injured animals. It is here you’ll have the chance to see the current manatee residents at the park during an informative and entertaining feeding session with one of the park rangers. You’ll also see bears, panthers, alligators and even a hippo as you explore the rest of the park. This tour is the ultimate in nature at its best, yet exciting and informative all in one day. Remember the camera to capture those one of a kind memories. The manatees are an endangered species and the have come to the Florida springs year-round to find shelter and food. In the winter months the manatee population can reach several hundred and during the summer the average count is 80. These are “gentle giants” in the water with no teeth. During their cruise guests may have the chance to be filmed underwater with the manatees and then purchase the video. The afternoon is spent in Homosassa Springs State Park where a special platform under water lets guests experience the wildlife in the water in Florida including the manatees. Itinerary: Tour Operates Wednesdays and Saturdays Departs Orlando at approx. 6:45AM Arrival at Crystal River at approx. 9:00AM Depart Crystal River at approx. 3:00PM Additional Info We advise guests that wish to snorkel in the Crystal River to wear their swimwear underneath their morning clothes. Wetsuits are available to hire for $10 per wetsuit. They are recommended as they assist with the buoyancy whilst snorkeling on the river. Cancellation Policy – By placing an order you are agreeing to the following Cancellation Policy. Any order booked and subsequently cancelled will be subject to a $25 per person cancellation fee. Any reservation cancelled within 24 hours of tour departure are 100% non-refundable. If the total price of your purchase is less than $25 you will only be charged the amount of the activity. This cancellation policy is applicable for each activity, event or tour within a transaction. Any changes to date or time will be accepted with no charge up until 24 hours prior to the tour departure or activity or event scheduled start time. Changes within the 24 hour cutoff must be done by phone and will be subject to availability, if the preferred date or time of the change is not available then the standard cancellation penalty applies.

Any collected cancellation fees will be credited to your customer account and will be available for use on any of our other products. Re booking must be done within one year of your cancellation to apply any cancellation credits, unused cancellation fees are non-refundable if not used to re book another of our products within one year.
