Express Service — At New York CityPASS attractions, pass holders take the VIP route, skipping most main-entrance ticket lines. Convenience — CityPASS vouchers can be redeemed at the first attraction visited. Pass holders simply present their voucher and receive a CityPASS in return. Choice Tickets — For the two option tickets, you choose which of the two attractions you prefer to visit. You do not need to decide at the time of purchase which of the two attractions you want to visit. News: We wanted give you an update as to what is happening at the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. Due to damaged sustained during Hurricane Sandy; both Liberty Island and Ellis Island will be closed for renovations until further notice. The Statue did not sustain any damage, however repairs to the grounds and support buildings will be ongoing for quite some time. The New York CityPASS Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island ticket, is now valid for the 60-minute Statue of Liberty Harbor Cruise, featuring the closest views of both Liberty and Ellis Islands. The Cruise is run by Statue Cruises, the concessioner authorized by the National Park Service, and offers an exceptional guided tour and the best views of the Statue. From the boat, you’ll also see the 9-11 Memorial, South Street Seaport, Governor’s Island, the Brooklyn Bridge and much more

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation Policy – By placing an order you are agreeing to the following Cancellation Policy. Any order booked and subsequently cancelled will be subject to a $25 per person cancellation fee. Any reservation cancelled within 24 hours of tour departure are 100% non-refundable. If the total price of your purchase is less than $25 you will only be charged the amount of the activity. This cancellation policy is applicable for each activity, event or tour within a transaction. Any changes to date or time will be accepted with no charge up until 24 hours prior to the tour departure or activity or event scheduled start time. Changes within the 24 hour cutoff must be done by phone and will be subject to availability, if the preferred date or time of the change is not available then the standard cancellation penalty applies.

Any collected cancellation fees will be credited to your customer account and will be available for use on any of our other products. Re booking must be done within one year of your cancellation to apply any cancellation credits, unused cancellation fees are non-refundable if not used to re book another of our products within one year.
